Lost 90 lbs. in one year!
My weight loss journey began May 4, 2020. I started at 290 lbs. I'm currently (15 months later at 91 lbs. loss. I took off about a month of eating to lose to just enjoy some time. I didn't gain but a lb., but I also didn't lose, which is fine. I'm about to turn 50 (IN 7 DAYS!) and so I wanted to not be too strict on myself and enjoy foods that I haven't in a long time. This is not to say I don't enjoy foods to lose weight - Oh, I do! My whole lifestyle of eating has changed. I enjoy many fruits and vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, etc., but I don't eat

pre-packaged foods and rarely eat out. I'm also disabled and at least 50% bedridden every day, so I am unable to exercise, but I do use those bands once in a while if I have enough strength. I use a walker and wheelchair due to my disabilities - unable to walk even from my apartment to my caregiver's car without assistance or my walker. Has nothing to do with my weight, but the Addison's Disease I have. I get drained very easily. I have a good 45 to 50 lbs. to go to get to my ULTIMATE goal, but I'm very happy with where I am right now.
